What are your rates?
Our rates are
R490 - R780 per night, depending on the room
and whether it is a single or shared room. Please
contact us to confirm prices and availability.
Is breakfast included with the room's price?
No, breakfast is not included. Breakfast for adults cost R50.00 and R30.00 for children under 12.
Is breakfast included with the room's price?
Breakfast is served between 07:00-08:30 on weekdays and between 08:00-09:30 on weekends and public holidays.
What
payment methods are accepted?
We accept Internet
bank transfers,credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) or cash.
A 50% deposit will be required to confirm your
booking with the remainder payable upon arrival.
A 50% cancellation fee will be levied for cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival. We unfortunately DO NOT accept
cheques.
Do you
have en-suite bathrooms?
Yes, all our
rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Do the
rooms have refrigerators?
Yes the rooms
have small bar refrigerators.
Where
is Castello Situated in Bloemfontein?
Castello is situated
in Fichardt Park in Castelyn Avenue close to
Life Rosepark Hospital. Castello is easily accessible
from the N1 and easy to spot from the road.

Do you
offer Safe Parking?
Yes, Castello
is fully enclosed with a motorized front gate
and well lit parking area, guarded by an alarm
system.
Will
my room have DSTV?
All rooms
at Castello have selected DSTV channels. Among others SuperSport and Mnet.
At what
time can we book in?
You may book
in between 14:00 and 23:00. You may book in
outside this window provided that arrangements
are made with Castello 24 hours in advance.
